Information we collect
When you submit our design or contact form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, project location, project details and any photos, sketches or plans you upload.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare your design, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
Your information and uploaded files are stored securely with restricted access, and are only available to the Provincial Cabinets team.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details and uploaded files for up to 2 years, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time, in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and applicable Canadian privacy law.
